GREENVILLE, SC (January 23, 2023) – Wyche, a leading full-service law firm with three offices
across South Carolina, announces that Ming Lee has joined the firm as a Corporate Attorney.
Lee focuses his practice at Wyche on general corporate matters, including mergers,
acquisitions, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Wyche, Lee served as in-house counsel for a publicly traded distribution
company, where he advised on legal issues in retail distribution, unified communications
distribution and marketing, strategic procurement of vendors, and legal implications of new
business strategies. In this role, he worked closely with international stakeholders, advising on
cross-border issues. Lee has also served as General Counsel for a closely-held investment firm
where he provided guidance on legal issues related to state and federal regulations, foreign
investments, and complex industry agreements.
A graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law and Clemson University, Lee speaks
Mandarin and is active with World Relief refugees, to whom he provides pro bono legal advice
on immigration matters and refugee settlement.
