Internal Investigations

Timely compliance with regulatory and legal obligations can be a particular challenge for companies and institutions in all industries in today’s environment of overlapping regulations and fast-paced news cycles.  Wyche’s internal investigations practice group includes attorneys with significant experience in conducting sensitive high-level investigations and providing timely guidance to clients, particularly educational institutions.  Our team includes seasoned litigators, employment attorneys, a former state superintendent of education and head of the Consumer Product Safety Commission, a former assistant United States attorney, and outside general counsel to companies and schools.  The practice group also has the ability to call on other Wyche attorneys with specialized experience in areas such as whistleblower litigation, environmental law, corporate governance, and tax.
