Gaylord, who previously served as General Counsel for a national real estate development company, will focus on complex commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on real estate development, acquisitions, finance, and leasing. “Brooks’ extensive experience navigating complex transactions will further enhance Wyche’s reputation for providing our commercial real estate clients with strategic counsel, backed by a deep understanding of creative, business-focused solutions,” said Tally Parham Casey, Chair and CEO of Wyche. In her previous role, Gaylord led legal efforts on a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, construction and permanent financing, leasing, and ground-up development. Her work involved projects across industrial, self-storage, multifamily, and office sectors, helping her company navigate every phase of the development process—from land acquisition to the sale of stabilized assets. “I have always admired Wyche’s collaborative and creative approach to commercial real estate deals and the firm’s reputation for excellence. Gaylord is a graduate of Wofford College and Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.
