Anna focuses his practice on corporate, transactional, and securities law matters.  He has substantial experience advising buyers and sellers in structuring, negotiating, and documenting  acquisition and sale transactions.  He regularly represents public company clients concerning reporting and other securities law matters.  Anna is also Wyche’s health care practice group leader, advising on health care transactions and Stark, Anti-Kickback, and HIPAA compliance.  He serves on the Fall for Greenville Board of Trustees, is a graduate of Leadership Greenville, and is a member of the South Carolina Medical Group Management Association. Prior to joining Wyche, Anna was an associate at Paul Hastings LLP and Jenner & Block LLP in Chicago.  He is a *summa cum laude* graduate of Bradley University.
