Fickling will concentrate on complex civil litigation in both state and federal courts. Fickling has extensive experience representing individuals and their families in cases involving catastrophic personal injuries, including those resulting from medical and professional negligence, as well as complex business disputes. She has also served as class counsel in consumer and environmental class action lawsuits, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Her background includes representing medical practices, practitioners, businesses, and individuals in pharmaceutical litigation and false claims cases. “Jessica’s impressive background and litigation experience make her a valuable addition to our team,” said Tally Parham Casey, Chair and CEO of Wyche. “Jessica will be a skilled and dedicated advocate for Wyche’s clients, and we look forward to working alongside her.” Fickling earned her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Mercer University.
