Ming Lee focuses his practice at Wyche on general corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Wyche, Ming served as in-house counsel for a publicly traded distribution company, where he advised on legal issues in retail distribution, unified communications distribution and marketing, strategic procurement of vendors, and legal implications of new business strategies. In this role, he worked closely with international stakeholders, advising on cross-border issues. Ming has also served as General Counsel for a closely-held investment firm where he provided guidance on legal issues related to state and federal regulations, foreign investments, and complex industry agreements. Ming is a graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law and Clemson University. He speaks Mandarin and works with World Relief on pro bono immigration matters and refugee settlement.
