We have been involved on behalf of private developers in many of the recent high-profile projects that are part of Greenville’s tremendous real estate growth in recent years, including development of a LEED-certified office and research building on the campus of the Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research, the McBee Station mixed-use project in downtown Greenville, numerous apartment projects, office building development, shopping center re-developments, hotel developments, and restaurant developments.
A linchpin of our work involves representing companies acquiring land for manufacturing purposes and representing such companies in closing on construction loan mortgage financing for such projects.
