Our real estate practice includes attorneys with in-depth experience representing landlords and tenants of both single and multi-tenant industrial, office, shopping center and mixed-use properties in a full range of leasing and leasing-related matters, ranging from straightforward leases to complex transactions involving build-to-suit and tax-sensitive transactions. Over the years, we have handled leasing work for landlords owning a large percentage of the downtown Greenville office buildings. On the landlord side, we generally will handle in any given year leases including more than one million square feet of office or retail space. We also handle significant retail leases for landlords often anchored by grocery store tenants.
