Bennett Hardymon is an associate in Wyche’s litigation practice. With extensive experience in intellectual property and patent disputes, Bennett has drafted and represented clients in inter partes review (IPR) and ex parte reexamination proceedings. He has also prepared non-infringement and invalidity opinions, offering clients essential legal guidance and risk assessments.

In addition to his litigation experience, Bennett has advised clients on intellectual property matters in connection with major acquisitions, providing strategic counsel on both the sell-side and buy-side. Before joining Wyche, Bennett was an intellectual property attorney at a leading international law firm, where he gained valuable experience in high-stakes litigation, complex transactions, and intellectual property portfolio management.

Bennett is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and Clemson University.
