Hayden focuses his practice on general corporate matters, including supporting founders, startups, and emerging growth companies from formation through exit. Before joining Wyche, Hayden practiced at a large international firm, where he represented founders and investors along with a heavy involvement in pro bono work. Hayden earned a J.D. from the University of Texas and a B.A. in English & Psychology from Furman University where he competed on their nationally ranked Cross Country and Track & Field teams.

In addition to his legal practice, Hayden coaches a top U.S. long-distance-running team, which he founded in 2019. He also volunteers as a Law & Legislation Representative for U.S.A. Track & Field.
