Richardson will assist clients with economic development needs in South Carolina.

Richardson began her legal career as a federal prosecutor in Columbia, SC, focusing on civil rights and public corruption.

Richardson is a graduate of Harvard Law School and holds a summa cum laude economics degree from Furman University. She is the founder and CEO of Develop South Carolina, a real estate development and consulting firm focused on attainable housing. Richardson also serves on the Board of Directors for Santee Cooper and the Board of Safe and Green Development Corporation.
