EPA to Highlight Key Environmental Issues in the Southeastern Region

On February 26, 2013 at the Georgia State Bar Conference Center in Atlanta, GA, the EPA will offer updates on key state and regional developments in environmental law in the Southeast Region, Region 4, which includes South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee and Mississippi.  Sessions will provide information on EPA’s program initiatives and priorities and will address developments in water and air regulation, Superfund, brownfields redevelopment, natural resources and enforcement.  Wyche environmental attorneys will attend the conference and provide a summary of the conference on this blog.  If you’re interested in attending, learn more about the conference here.
