Upcoming Seminar on Managing Environmental Risks in Business Transactions

Wyche is hosting a roundtable on Thursday, September 27 on the key environmental risks facing businesses today. We’ll have a panel of experts who will weigh in on the environmental issues that may arise during various phases in a transaction, from performing due diligence to negotiating a purchase and sale agreement to securing environmental insurance.  Whether you are typically a buyer or a seller, you’ll come away from this seminar more equipped to manage environmental risks in your business transactions.
