Wyche represented Seltrol, Inc., a factory automation distributor based in Greenville, South Carolina, in its acquisition by Tavoron, a national provider of industrial automation, robotics, compressed air, motion control, and engineered solutions.
For more than 35 years, Seltrol, along with its subsidiary B.W. Clark, Inc., has provided manufacturers and industrial operations with factory automation components and technical support. The acquisition expands Tavoron’s automation capabilities and strengthens its geographic presence across the Southeastern United States.
