Wyche Enhances Employment Practice with Addition of Ashley Robertson Parr

GREENVILLE, SC (May 6, 2026) – Wyche, a full-service law firm with offices across South Carolina, is pleased to announce that Ashley Robertson Parr has joined the firm’s employment practice. Parr is an experienced employment attorney who assists clients in navigating complex business challenges.

“Ashley brings a practical, business-minded approach to employment law that aligns well with how we serve our clients,” said Tally Casey, Chair and CEO of Wyche. “She provides clear guidance to help employers address evolving workplace issues.”

Parr advises employers on all aspects of the employment relationship, including personnel decisions, policy development, regulatory compliance, and risk management. She also drafts and negotiates employment and executive agreements and restrictive covenants, with a focus on protecting clients’ business interests.

She counsels employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), state wage and hour and leave laws, and related regulatory frameworks, helping clients navigate evolving legal requirements.

In addition, Parr is a litigator who defends employers in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and wage and hour claims. She represents clients in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the South Carolina Human Affairs Commission. Parr also conducts internal investigations, supports employment-related due diligence in connection with corporate transactions, and supports clients in broader business and commercial disputes.

Parr previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jean H. Toal of the South Carolina Supreme Court and interned for the Honorable Joseph F. Anderson of the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. Before joining Wyche, she practiced at a large, national law firm.

She is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she served as Articles Editor of the South Carolina Law Review. She is also a magna cum laude graduate of the University of South Carolina Honors College.

Active in the community and legal profession, Parr serves on the Board of Directors for The Children’s Museum of the Upstate and on the Executive Committee of the Greenville Bar Association.
