GREENVILLE, SC (June 22, 2018) – Wyche, P.A. continues to grow as it adds two new attorneys. Jim Cox has joined as Of Counsel and brings 14 years of litigation experience. Brittany Arsiniega also has joined Wyche as an Of Counsel attorney.
Jim Cox is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy (West Point) and Stanford Law School. As an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Portland, Oregon for the last 11 years, Jim represented the federal government in a variety of civil cases and developed substantial pre-trial and trial experience. In particular, Jim has experience litigating employment claims at the trial and appellate level, including claims brought under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and the Equal Pay Act.
Brittany Arsiniega focuses her practice on transactional matters, with an emphasis on corporate law. Brittany also teaches in the Politics and International Affairs department at Furman University and helps advise their pre-law society. She is fluent in Spanish and is an active member of the Greenville Hispanic Alliance’s legal team.
