GREENVILLE, S.C. – Wyche, P.A. is recognized in every practice area listed for the state of South Carolina in the 2011 edition of Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business (Chambers). These practice areas are Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions, Litigation, Labor & Employment, and Real Estate. In addition, eight Wyche attorneys were singled out as leading lawyers in South Carolina in their respective practice areas. Rankings are determined by interviews with lawyers and clients and are designed to reflect the criteria most valued by clients.

Wyche is once again ranked in the top tier of South Carolina law firms for the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions practice area. Chambers notes that “Clients value the personal service, breadth of experience and sizable resources that the firm can bring to bear on corporate matters.” Wyche attorneys Eric Amstutz and Cary Hall are highlighted as leading lawyers in this practice area. Eric Amstutz has 30 years of experience and acts as head of the corporate group. Cary Hall is a senior member of the firm and specializes in tax law.

Chambers also ranks Wyche as a top tier South Carolina firm in Litigation again for 2011. The guide recognizes Wyche for its broad-ranging work in this area, noting “This accomplished practice is particularly commended…. It has recently represented clients in an IP dispute, personal injury litigation, shareholder class action and bankruptcy proceedings.” Attorneys Wallace Lightsey, Henry Parr, and Troy Tessier are singled out as leading lawyers in this practice area.
