Ben focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance, and economic development transactions. Prior to joining Wyche, Ben practiced at a large international firm, where he represented public and private companies, as well as private equity funds, in mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions.

Before law school, Ben worked in the White House Office of Presidential Scheduling, where he coordinated the daily schedule for the President of the United States. During college, Ben gained experience in state government while serving as an intern in the South Carolina Governor’s Office and as a legislative page for the South Carolina Senate.
