Brittany Arsiniega

Brittany Arsiniega serves as outside general counsel to businesses with regional or national footprints, working closely with founders, financial sponsors, and executive leadership teams to navigate daily operations, key transactions, and long-term growth strategies. She takes a hands-on approach, engaging with all aspects of a business—from operations and manufacturing, including international supply chains, to marketing, sales, and distribution relationships across national retailers.

Brittany has extensive experience advising private equity portfolio companies on structuring and managing businesses with an eye toward successful exits. She supports clients in negotiating critical business relationships, managing disputes, and mitigating risks across industries, including consumer products, manufacturing, and the toy industry.

She also guides businesses through complex federal and state regulatory challenges, including packaging laws and product safety regulations. A proactive advisor, Brittany helps businesses implement internal processes, train cross-functional teams, and protect intellectual property, ensuring they are positioned for sustained growth and success.
