Stephen Atkinson

Stephen Atkinson focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, but he also assists businesses with general corporate matters, including the preparation of governing documents and the negotiation of commercial contracts. He began his legal career at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, where he represented commercial banks in syndicated and bilateral lending transactions, especially asset-based financing for commodities traders.

Stephen received his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he served as a Senior Editor of the Alabama Law Review and was inducted to the Order of the Coif. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Columbia International University.
