Tracy Rozsa works with clients to develop practical discovery strategies in complex litigation and government investigations. Tracy advises clients on defensible eDiscovery preservation and collection processes, information management, and retention policies and practices. She works with clients to develop strategies for efficient search and review of large document projects, and finding key facts early in investigations and litigation, using analytics, technology assisted review, and other methodologies. Tracy has represented clients in numerous industries including health care, maritime, manufacturing, insurance, and professional services.

Prior to joining Wyche, Tracy served as the senior Litigation Support Specialist for the United States Attorney’s Office, District of South Carolina, managing discovery in complex criminal and white-collar prosecutions. She was a critical liaison between federal agents, prosecutors, and defense counsel, and honed her courtroom presentation skills as a key member on twenty-seven prosecution trial teams. Tracy is a key member of Wyche’s White-Collar team which represents corporations and individuals in investigations or prosecutions by various state and federal government agencies.

Tracy graduated cum laude from the University of Toledo’s Honors Program, where she studied History, and is a graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Beyond her professional pursuits, Tracy is an active member of her church and an avid volunteer at her children’s school. She is based in Wyche’s Greenville, SC office.
