Dinkins is based in Wyche’s Columbia office and focuses her practice on litigation, representing plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of complex matters. She has experience in federal and state court with medical malpractice, personal injury, healthcare, products liability, shareholder disputes, trademark and copyright infringement, breach of contract, construction, employment, and dram shop liability.

Prior to joining Wyche, Dinkins served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary Geiger Lewis, United States District Judge for the District of South Carolina.
Dinkins earned her juris doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was an executive editor of the Journal of Law & Politics. She also graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of music degree in piano performance from the University of South Carolina Honors College.
