GREENVILLE, S.C. – Wyche has augmented its corporate and litigation groups with the hiring of three new associates in those areas, David K. Anna, Natalie R. Dunham, and Wade S. Kolb III.
David K. Anna joins Wyche as a corporate associate, concentrating his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities, and private equity. Before joining Wyche, David worked as an associate in the Chicago offices of two national law firms, Paul Hastings and Jenner & Block, where he gained experience representing public and private clients in general corporate and securities law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance and reporting, governance, and corporate pro bono matters. David graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Philosophy from Bradley University in 2004 and received his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2007, where he was an editorial staff member on the Wake Forest Law Review. While at Wake Forest, he also served on the Shadow Curriculum and Faculty Candidate Interviewing Committee and the Dean’s Search Committee, tutored first-year law students in Civil Procedure, and received the CALI Award (for the highest class grade) in Securities Regulation.
Natalie R. Dunham joins Wyche as a corporate associate, focusing her practice on estate planning, probate administration, taxation, and general transactional matters, such as mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Prior to joining Wyche, Natalie worked as an associate at Grant & Kuyk, P.C. in Charleston, South Carolina. She graduated from the University of North Carolina in 2005 with a double major in History and Political Science. She then went on to receive her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2008, where she graduated magna cum laude. At Wake Forest, Dunham served as Executive Editor of the Wake Forest Law Review, as a Teaching Assistant and Writing Fellow for the Legal Research and Writing Program, and as a member of the Order of the Coif. She is currently pursuing her LL.M in taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law through its distance learning program and is a member of the Greenville Estate Planning Study Group and the Greenville Young Lawyers’ Club.
Wade S. Kolb III joins Wyche as a litigation associate, concentrating his practice in the area of general litigation, including commercial disputes and appellate work. Before joining Wyche, Wade was a Law Clerk to The Honorable Ed Carnes, United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and an English and religion teacher at Wilson Hall School. Wade graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in History and Religious Studies from the South Carolina Honors College, University of South Carolina in 2000 and received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 2010, graduating magna cum laude and being inducted into the Order of the Coif. At Duke he served as an executive editor of the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy, President of the Christian Legal Society, and co-chair of the Education Law and Policy Society.
